Ghana Community Development Project
This community volunteer programme is based in the urban and periurban areas of Ghana. It aims at helping children and underprivileged people in deprived communities.
This project will help volunteers gain an invaluable insight and experience, whilst working and living with a carefully selected host family within the community.
Through this program, you will have the opportunity to work either in urban cities or communities, and can choose from a wide range of projects, like teaching healthcare, HIV/AIDS awareness and education and orphanages. You will also have the opportunity to take part in a well-structured orientation, and one week guided study tour to some selected tourist sites of Ghana during your programme.
