HOME STAY
FILE provides the opportunity for participants to experience first hand the culture of the people of Ghana. Living with a host family accords one the chance to experience every aspect of Ghanaian culture including language, food and lifestyle.
FILE host families are located in Accra within the city and also in the suburbs.
Accra being the nation’s capital, it is filled with people from all parts of Ghana. Its cosmopolitan nature makes it the melting pot of cultures from every parts of the country. Thus living in Accra is more of experiencing every part of the nation.
Accommodation and Meals.
Participants will be staying with host families. These host families will be part of the success of your stay in Ghana.
• Host family will do the following:
• Provide bed, food and security for participants
• Orientate the student into Ghanaian life
• Give the participant a taste of the local dishes
Every participant every group will be given 24 hour support by FILES staff to sure that the participant is enjoying their stay in Ghana and is comfortable with their host families.
Our services are flexible and we can always change a family for a participant within three days.
